STASH + TELL · Sponsored by Thryv
“How much money did that post make?”
It didn’t. That’s not what a post does. One morning in Calgary on what'’'s actually supposed to happen after someone sees you, and why yours stops there.
Calgary · date and venue announced soon
Three hours · 40 seats
We’re locking the date now. The list gets it first, and gets first pick of 40 seats before it goes out publicly.

Social media is not your marketing.
It’s one stage of it.
Social does one job. It makes people want you. That’s the whole job. It was never built to take payment, and it never will be.
Which is why you can’t trace a dollar back to a post, and why you end up staring at view counts instead. Views are desire. Desire is not intent. And desire with nothing built to catch it is demand you created for somebody else to close.
You don’t have a content problem. You have a nothing-behind-it problem.
What This Is
A working session.
Not a talk.
You bring your numbers. You spend most of the morning writing. You leave holding your whole business end to end, on one page, with the weak link circled.
We don’t hand you a playbook. You build the diagnosis. We teach you how to read it.
Before You Come
Four questions.
Answer them right now.
Tap each one. If you can’t fill it in, that’s already your answer.
Now the part nobody tells you. Not one of those numbers means anything on its own.
Ten thousand views and forty link taps is a completely different business problem than forty link taps and zero sales. Same symptom. Opposite fix. Halfway through the morning everyone in the room finds out which one they are, at the same time. We’re not going to explain that part here. It only works once.
“My Business Is Fine Though”
Good. Most workshops
have nothing for you.
Every stage of your journey gets a verdict. Broken, strong, or rotting. Nobody gets told they’re doing great and sent home.
Four jobs, not one. If nothing is broken, you get the harder version of the day.
Who’s In The Room
People who are already doing the work.
You’ll know it’s you if
- You’ve asked someone, out loud, how much money a post made
- You’ve posted for a year and can’t trace a dollar back to it
- One thing popped and led nowhere
- You check views because nothing else moves
- You couldn’t fill in all four numbers above
- Business is working and you want to know what’s capping the next 20%
Skip it if
- You’re pre-offer. There has to be a journey before we can map one
- You want it done for you. You leave owning the system, not renting us
- You came for hooks and trends. That’s a symptom clinic. We’re doing plumbing
What You Take Home
More than notes.
A marked-up map of your own business. Four moves, in order. A short list of what to stop doing. People are still quoting that last one back at us in February.
Why This One’s Different
We run a content studio, and we’ll open a marketing workshop by telling you social media on its own is close to worthless. All of it depends on where it sends people. If that lands badly, this is the room you need.
Who’s Running It
Elisa
Content strategist, business coach, and the brain behind the STASH Map. She kept meeting people who knew exactly what they wanted to say and had no idea where to send anyone afterward. Believes in calm, leveraged businesses. And really good coffee.
Kate
Brand manager and the reason your STASH footage looks this good. A decade of content behind her, an eye for the natural moment, and a knack for making people comfortable on camera even when they swear they’re awkward.

Questions
When is it?
We moved it. The room we had couldn’t seat 40 people working, and a workshop where half the room is balancing paper on their knees isn’t the workshop. New date and venue are close. The list gets both first.
Do I need to prep?
The four numbers above. Rough is fine, honest guesses beat nothing, and knowing you can’t find one of them is useful information. We build everything else in the room.
Is this a pitch?
It ends with a stop-doing list, not an upsell. Our sponsors introduce themselves. That’s the honest trade for a room priced like this.
My numbers are a disaster.
Everyone’s are. You work from what you know. Honest guesses, not exports.
So should I quit posting?
No. You’ll probably post less and it’ll work harder. Social is one stage out of four, and it’s the only one most people have built.
Can I bring my team?
Yes, and it works better. Two people from the same company come up with different answers. That gap alone is worth the ticket.
In three hours you’ll know
where it’s leaking.
Most people spend years guessing.
